Boarding-up Services
If you’ve had an accident late at night, we won’t be able to replace your glass immediately. In this case, we will board up your window with plywood boards to maintain building security, and then arrange for the glass to be fitted once it is available.
We operate a 24-hour rapid-response boarding-up service to give you peace of mind when you need it most. We can also board-up large commercial premises when the owner has vacated the building, or is in the process of a large-scale refurbishment, where the building needs to be protected against squatters and other intruders.
All boarding-up jobs include a free quote on replacement glass if required.

When a window is damaged, be it broken glass or the window frame, our professional local New Romney glaziers are only a short distance away to fix the problem. We can also modernise your existing frames with more efficient window styles including double glazing, aluminum replacement windows and Low - E Glass.
For New Romney shop front windows we would use laminate glass, which conforms to BS 6206. Large and/or thicker than normal panes will usually be a next day service, dependant on glass dimensions. Our New Romney double-glazed units take approximately two to three days to order, and all our units come with a manufacturers guarantee.
